I tried the hot water bottle once and it went cold without giving me any sort of relief, exercising I cannot even attempt because I'm too pissed or in pain to even lift a muscle.....pills are my best friend :) I’ve been in bed all day, rolling over and over, cursing, my faithful pills beside me and I still cannot believe how much endurance it takes to handle cramps!!!
