Six DJs, 12 turntables and one heck of a good time for the ears and the soul—That is what DJs Nick Ngo, G-Wrex, Squareweezy, Cutso, Goldenchyld and Replay of The Bangerz are gunning for when they’re making their beats. Their newly released album, “Robot Remains,” is a collaboration with season one “American Best Dance Crew” winners, the Jabbawockeez.
All from the Bay Area, The Bangerz formed in 2006 after the DJs challenged each other to see who was the best, but decided they would be even better if they collaborated.

At the 53rd Grammy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 13, there will be much to look forward to, including performances by Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars, as well as top nominations, which include B.o.B., Bruno Mars and Monáe who received a collective 14 Grammy nods. Among the excitement is comedian Margaret Cho’s Best Comedy Album nomination for “Cho Dependent.” This follows a Grammy nomination for her 2004 album, “Revolution.”

Wonder Girls fans in Asia are finally getting to see the pop group return to their hometown of Seoul, but from the comfort of their own living rooms. A tourism commercial for the South Korean city featuring the girls (filmed in both Korean and Mandarin) was recently released and is set to air throughout the continent. It was recorded while the Wonder Girls were promoting their single, “2 Different Tears,” in Asia.
