This Thursday, Sept. 10, is the much-anticipated, Fashion’s Night Out, brought together by American Vogue, NYC & Company, the city of New York and the Council of Fashion Designers of America, as a global initiative “to promote retail, restore consumer confidence, and celebrate fashion.”
